 -On Saturday Tyler ran in the Gunfighter Stampede 2, which is a half marathon or 13.1 miles!- He did amazing! Finishing in 1:49:07. That is less then an eight and a half minute mile-

-This is Tyler at the very top of the hill running the last mile-

 -Finishing the race!-

-After the race, so proud of him! 

Danskin Mountains

 -Today was a beautiful day, so Tyler and I took out the ATV!

 -Went to the Danskin Mountains and spent the entire day-

-At the end of the day we are both a little sun burned and extremely tired but ready for tomorrows adventure!-

Webelos' Three Mile Hike!

On Saturday Tyler and I took the Webelos' on a three mile hike up Teapot Dome

 -Tyler, Mason, Westen, and Justin reading the map and planning the route up-

 -Today's forecast, not raining, so we decided it was time to do some hiking-

 -To the top of watchman butte, this was the view a whole lot of nothing, but a huge lava flow-

-Us at the end of our 10 mile journey-

Determined

 -My incredible husband decided he was going to run a half marathon later this year-

 -This is his first attempt at 16 miles-

-He did fabulously and didn't ever waver in his determination to reach his goal-

-Stretching after the run, he looks a little smug and a lot tired-

Whats up with this weather?

 -Our day started with a 20% chance of rain in the morning and partly cloudy-

 -It ended up being an all morning drizzle/pour and no sun at all-

 -Our trail had burned last year so this was the view the whole way-
