-Tyler figuring out what our next move was going to be-
-Us-
 -Tyler-
-So our hike today was through Bruneau Canyon, which burned this fall, and as far as I can tell these tumble weeds didn't want to burn up so they all piled into this canyon (its about 15 feet deep)-
-There are a lot of tumble weeds-
 -Me on the hike-
-On the drive we passed the Air Force practice range, which is full of these fake tanks-

Craters of the Moon

-Us at Craters of the Moon-
-This formation is known as pahoehoe-
-Me next to a huge crater, we actually hiked right by this on our way out and never even saw it lucky for us we never follow the same path twice!-
-Tyler inside the throat, not really but that is what it looks like especially up close-
 -This is a Tree Mold-
 -Cinder fields-
-Plus some lave Tubes-
Tyler and I ventured to "Craters of the Moon" National Monument today. These huge lava flows cover about 64 square miles, so there is no way we could see all of it in just one day so we are going back when its a little warmer with flashlights and permits so we can go inside the tubes!
